Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept exchanges on any item unless you received the wrong item by mistake, or the exchange is covered under the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trade Act.
Please read our sizing guides carefully before purchasing, as we cannot accept exchanges for sizing issues if the size is listed on our site. We recommend referring to our detailed size charts to ensure the best fit before placing your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you decide to cancel your order after you have paid, you can do so if the order hasn’t already been dispatched. Please contact us immediately with your order number.
Please be aware that for each order cancelled, a 30% cancellation fee applies to the product(s) purchased. If your order has not yet been shipped at the time of cancellation, the shipping fee will be refunded in full.
We are unable to cancel an order that is already in transit with the courier.

Why Do You Charge A Cancellation Fee?
Each order cancelled is a cost to our business and takes time for our team to process. We respectfully ask that orders are placed only when you intend to proceed with the purchase.

WHAT IS LINGERIEEROTIC’S RETURNS POLICY?
LINGERIEEROTIC.COM accepts returns under specific circumstances. We will accept returns that are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trade Act, such as if there is a manufacturing fault or defect in the garment.
Due to the intimate nature of the clothing we sell, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind purposes. For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, bodysuits, and swimwear cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?
LINGERIEEROTIC.COM takes great pride in supplying The United States with a wide range of beautiful lingerie and clothing, and we have thousands of happy customers!
However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will make it right immediately.
If you believe you received a faulty item, please check the following before contacting us:
Inspect the garment carefully in good lighting for any defects such as loose stitching, fabric flaws, or broken hardware.
Confirm the item matches your order confirmation in terms of size, color, and style.
If there is a genuine fault or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:
Your order number
A description of the issue
A photo clearly showing the fault or incorrect item
Once we review your claim, we will arrange a return and either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on stock availability.
In the event that the same item is not available, we will issue you with a store credit to use towards a new purchase on the LingerieErotic.com website.
WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY?
Our garments are covered for manufacturing faults and defects for 31 days from the date of purchase. This includes issues such as broken zippers, faulty clasps, seam failures, or significant fabric defects that are present upon receipt.
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper washing or care, or misuse is not covered under our warranty policy.
If a replacement is not possible, we will provide a refund for the faulty item.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gift Purchases
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary. For higher value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
